These Terms of Service ("these Terms") set out the conditions for using the website ("this Site") operated by Kagawa Bonsai ("we," "us," or "our store"). By using this Site, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and our store regarding the use of this Site.

Article 2 (Purchase of Products)

• Users may place an order for products by following the purchase procedure displayed on this Site.
• As many of our products are one-of-a-kind, some orders may not be fulfillable depending on stock availability.
• As we also sell products in person at our shop, an item may already be sold out at the time of your order. In such cases, we may cancel the order, and the User agrees to this in advance.

Article 3 (Payment)

Payment methods and timing for products are as set out on the order completion page and in our Legal Notice (Specified Commercial Transactions Act).

Article 4 (Shipping)

We only ship within Japan. We do not offer international shipping.

Article 5 (Returns & Exchanges)

As bonsai are living plants, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, in cases where damage occurs during shipping due to our responsibility, we will handle this on a case-by-case basis.

Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in any of the following actions when using this Site:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that infringe on the rights of our store or third parties
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of this Site
• Use of this Site for fraudulent purposes

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We bear no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between the User and other users or third parties in connection with this Site.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

We may revise these Terms at our discretion without prior notice to Users.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our store's registered location.
